All original games and game content are created by LaPret World™. © 2026 LaPret World™ (Larry Pretlow II). All Rights Reserved. The games are published, distributed, and operated by LEDDIE GAMES, LLC under license from LaPret World™.
LEDDIE GAMES™, LaPret World™, PEEK-A-BOOK™, DEAL OF ORDER™, LEDDIE CITY™, TILTPOP™, OWN UP™, FORTUNE FLOOR™, CIVORISE™, SHOTS & BLUFFS™, ORDER WARS™, RANK ME RIGHT™, CARD CALL™, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?™, CHASE 9™, SEVEN BOOKS™, TIC TAC TOC™, CRAZY EIGHTS titles, and other identified names, artwork, logos, written materials, audiovisual elements, software, original rules expression, fictional characters and worlds, and other protectable game content remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the platform gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, noncommercial gameplay only.
To the fullest extent recognized by applicable law, LaPret World™ and LEDDIE GAMES, LLC, each to the extent of its ownership, license, authorization, or other lawful interest, expressly intend to assert, preserve, perfect, register where appropriate, maintain, renew, license, defend, and enforce their protectable rights. They reserve all protectable rights, interests, claims, causes of action, remedies, enforcement rights, priority rights, renewal or extension rights, and related rights that are now existing, previously accrued, currently owned or controlled, actually filed or pending, later registered or acquired, or that may arise or become enforceable in the future. References to applications, registrations, renewals, extensions, priority, or other formal rights apply only to the extent those rights are actually filed, owned, controlled, acquired, maintained, or obtained by the applicable rights holder.
The absence of a copyright notice, trademark symbol, registration number, filing reference, proprietary legend, or item-by-item identification does not by itself constitute waiver, abandonment, disclaimer, consent to copying, dedication to the public domain, or limitation of any right otherwise available under applicable law. No protectable right is waived, abandoned, dedicated to the public domain, or licensed merely because a game or rule explanation is published, demonstrated, beta tested, accessed, distributed, displayed, or played. Any waiver, permission, assignment, license, release, covenant not to enforce, or other relinquishment of a protected right must be expressly authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder.
This reservation applies to past, present, pending, and future protectable rights and to available remedies concerning unauthorized past, present, or future uses, subject in every instance to applicable law, ownership, limitation periods, defenses, and other legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms claims exclusive ownership of public-domain, traditional, third-party, functional, generic, or otherwise unprotectable elements standing alone, and nothing expands a right beyond what applicable law recognizes.
