Notice of rights. LEDDIEWARE™ is the name used to identify the device-powered multiplayer technology being developed for LEDDIE GAMES™. LaPret World™ and LEDDIE GAMES, LLC expressly assert and reserve their respective applicable ownership, license, trademark, copyright, confidentiality, contractual and other lawful rights in the LEDDIEWARE™ brand and original, protectable implementations.

Protected work. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, original software code and authored interfaces, artwork, diagrams, documentation, branding and other protectable materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. This public overview does not disclose or license confidential internal implementation materials.

Restrictions on unauthorized use. Viewing this page, installing the Web App or participating in a game does not convey ownership of LEDDIEWARE™ or permission to copy, reproduce, extract, republish, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit protected software, materials or trademarks. Prior written authorization from the relevant rights holder is required for uses not otherwise allowed by applicable law, an applicable open-source license or an express written agreement. Reverse engineering or circumvention is restricted only to the extent legally permitted and as provided by applicable terms.

No public-domain dedication or implied license. Describing this technology for public understanding does not waive protectable rights or release proprietary code. This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of the general concepts of peer-to-peer networking, WebRTC, device-hosted gaming, publicly known methods, functional principles or third-party components. Trademark and copyright claims are distinct from any patent rights, which require separate legal analysis and, where appropriate, filings.
